Product Description
Magnat Transpuls 1000 Mocha Three-Way Hi-Fi Floorstanding Speakers
The speaker speaks for itself: Someone wants to make music here. Real, real music. The honest and down-to-earth appearance of the Transpuls 1000 also embodies the way it performs. The three-way system, which consists of a 260mm woofer, a 135mm dome and, of course, a horn tweeter, represents a trip back in time – both technically and visually. When it comes to sound, however, the Transpuls 1000 sets the new standard.
Thanks to an impressive 92.5dB efficiency rating, the stereo speaker allows even the smallest amplifiers to perform amazingly well. In the deep bass and midrange frequencies, this is due, in part, to the extremely light paper cones and their placement using PA technology. In the treble region, it's the horn's unrivaled performance that simply makes regular tweeters look "old". The dynamics created by the Transpuls 1000 are breathtaking and its acoustic resonance feels like it was made for rock, urban and all kinds of impulsive music.
Great technology combines old and new
With an impressive 26cm woofer and a perfectly tuned bass reflex configuration, the Transpuls 1000 is capable of delivering in the lower frequencies. It creates pleasant vibrations in the room from 22 Hz onwards and the single compression horn tweeter reaches 32,000 Hz.
The Transpuls 1000 maintains the dimensions that are friendly to the living room. With a height of 79 cm, a width of 38 cm and a depth of only 28 cm, it is the compact member of the family. Nevertheless, the construction provides more than enough volume for a deep, dynamic and impressive range of bass. The front bass expansion ports make it unimportant where it is installed, which means the Transpuls 1000 can be mounted closer to the wall. All this in an impressive total weight of 20 kg per speaker.
Not retro, but innovative
Like all members of the Transpuls family, the 1000 series also has the typical look, which, on the one hand, is reminiscent of the legendary heyday of hi-fi systems in the '70s and' 80s, and on the other hand plays its music today. This is true both when the elegant fabric mask with the sturdy MDF frame is attached and when the grille is removed. A left and right model with a symmetrical frame layout ensures that the Transpuls 1000 is also a visual delight. The Dark Wood casing represents a successful combination of discreet and shocking. The latter mainly due to the impressive proportions.
Finally, details such as the 5° angled housing, which is a component of holistic phase correction, ensure that all frequencies reach your ears at the same time.
Magnat Transpuls - The speakers that our parents always warned us about
The music has a new name: Transpuls. Behind it is pure musicality, raw power, a wonderful joyful nature and a look that embodies all these characteristics down to the last detail. A Transpuls speaker stands out from various trends such as slim column speakers and shouts: “Here I am! Let me play!” Transpuls is The speakers our parents always warned us about, because quite simply it makes you addicted. Addicted to more, addicted to music. Nevertheless, we created two versions. Both are stunningly beautiful and so powerful they will leave the competition reeling.
MAGNAT TRANSPULS - CLASSIC STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY
The Transpuls series not only has a look that is inspired by the glorious era of the 70s and 80s, but we have also taken the technical components from the past and given them a makeover. High-powered woofers and mid-range speakers are made from the finest, hardened paper, a membrane material that is just as important today as it was then. Robust, easy to control and, when used in the right form and composition, provides an unbeatable base for a neutral sound. All woofers and midrange speakers are equipped with a PA base fabric. This allows them to make a dynamic sound and gives them a high level of durability.
A horn, as it was then, is still the method of creating very low-power sound in the treble area, especially when a neodymium magnet takes over the process (as with our horns), and it may be small, but it is incredibly powerful. We have improved the construction of the single-compression horn to such an extent that they not only guarantee impressive levels, but also ensure maximum performance for an unadulterated sound. After all, every Transpuls speaker is a genuine Magnat speaker and therefore commits to an authentic sound.
PA SPEAKER;
The term "PA" does not do justice to the Transpuls series, because it has audiophile specifications in terms of sound. That doesn't mean it doesn't make for a party or anything else you need. Components such as the heavy fabric base are also used in PA technology. Of course, we have tuned Transpuls to better meet Magnat's high sound requirements.
The other ingredients used are also tested. A sturdy MDF casing with carefully placed supports is the foundation for a deep bass. A highly tuned crossover ensures that each speaker is supplied with the exact frequency range intended for it. Neither more nor less. Durable connection terminals mean you can also connect a Transpuls speaker to the hi-fi system with suitable cables.
TRANSPORT - DESIGN WITH HISTORY. AND ONE FOR THE FUTURE
Slim floor speaker columns may be in vogue, but Transpuls is for eternity. With its distinctive appearance, it also says a lot about you. About the fact that you value timeless music as much as the latest songs, but do not worry about chasing every trend. When you remove the fabric mask, the face of which is reminiscent of the heyday of hi-fi in the '70s and' 80s (and thus classic stereo speakers). A design that has a high recognition value and sets standards. In the elegant metallic logo on the base of the speaker.
