Since 2005, the Audioengine team has been designing and manufacturing their own speaker drivers and other components. In other words, the A1, along with our other loudspeakers, is not an integrated system with spare parts, but includes specially designed components built to ideal specifications. What we don't manufacture directly in our factories, we have manufactured to our specifications.
