ECOBAFFLE® polyester baffle absorbers
The technical definition of "diaphragms" usually describes sound-absorbing units perpendicular to the roof. This particular installation method directly exposes both sides of the panel to sound waves, increasing the panel's sound-absorbing properties: for this reason, these units are commonly referred to as double-sided absorbers.
Aperture panels are usually created according to a regular pattern of parallel lines and with a constant distance between the units, designed according to the required acoustic results. We offer an innovative range of diaphragm absorbers, called ECOBAFFLE®, suitable for the acoustic treatment of large collective spaces and industrial installations, where efficiency and economy are required. ECOBAFFLE® acoustic absorbers are made entirely of PET polyester fibers, the surfaces of which are treated with a specific heat-smoothing process to improve the aesthetic finishes and the structural resistance of the material.
ECOBAFFLE® acoustic panels are suitable for the treatment of reverberation reduction in any environment:
INDUSTRY
Carrying out acoustic processing in noisy industrial plants is not so simple, because the noise is generally produced by machines that can not be acoustically isolated. Indeed, it is not always possible to act directly on the noise source, as you can not create soundproofing compartments around the production units. In these cases, the most adopted solution is to install suspended absorbers on the roof to control the resonance of the space, reducing the sound reflections created on surfaces and the overall sound level. ECOBAFFLE® is recommended for the acoustic processing of large industrial installations and for production lines in any construction frame.
COLLECTIVE SPACES
The ECOBAFFLE® absorbers represent the ideal solution for the resonance control of the collective spaces, providing a significant reduction of the resonance time values (RT30 - RT60). The acoustic treatment of a space has traditionally been carried out with a total wall covering and ceiling absorber to install as much material as possible: the introduction of the vertical installation of aperture ceiling tiles, let us introduce a larger amount of sound absorbing material if compared to room surfaces. In addition, this technical solution introduced the acoustic principle of diffraction, which increases the normal sound-absorbing performance of the panels. The ECOBAFFLE® acoustic system is suitable for the acoustic processing of large spaces such as multifunctional rooms, meeting rooms, meeting rooms, classrooms, sports centers, gyms, swimming pools, canteens, halls, exhibition spaces and new museums in the web.
